Christina Coen serves as the Chief Technology and Transformation Officer, and Head of Sustainability at UPL Corp, where she leads a multi-billion-dollar global portfolio dedicated to delivering innovative agricultural solutions. With a focus on efficiency and sustainability, Christina drives UPL Corp's product pipeline, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance speed, agility, and market readiness. Her leadership ensures the company maintains its competitive edge in post-patent chemistries while expanding its portfolio with differentiated, and sustainable solutions.

Christina's role also involves forming strategic alliances and overseeing mergers and acquisitions to optimize UPL's cost position and expand its portfolio access. With a clear vision for the future, she is committed to repositioning UPL’s brand as a leader in the agriculture sector, empowering farmers worldwide with innovative tools and technologies.

Before joining UPL Corp in 2022 as Chief Marketing Officer, Christina held numerous leadership roles in the agriculture and chemical industries. At Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, she served as Vice President and General Manager of the Institutional Division. Her career began at Dow AgroSciences, where she spent 15 years in various leadership roles, including Head of Global Licensing and Marketing. Following her tenure at Dow, Christina joined FMC as Marketing Head for North America, eventually becoming the Commercial Head for the region's business operations.

Christina’s expertise is further highlighted by her service on the Board of Directors for multiple agricultural startups and as Director for the Agricultural Retailers' Association. These experiences reflect her passion for fostering innovation and serving the agriculture community.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, Christina also holds an MBA from Northwood University. Known for her dedication to team development, strategic partnerships, and the advancement of sustainable agriculture, Christina is a dynamic leader committed to driving transformation and making a long-lasting impact in the industry.
