We start with the problem, not the solution. Unlike companies that begin by searching through thousands of molecules to find a potential new product, we start by listening to and identify the unmet needs of the farmer, then working to find a solution that relieves that pain point.
While we have multiple state-of-the-art research facilities, we also understand that the answer isn’t always found strictly in the lab. It can be a unique combination of existing products that creates a more effective solution. It can be creating a formulation process that makes a product easier to work with or reformulating a product to lower use rates, saving time and reducing the environmental impacts of applying, storing and transporting larger volumes of product. Looking for the right solution involves a cross-discipline approach, from research and development to manufacturing and marketing, all focused on the end goal.
